Sommer’s group sessions offer a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth in relationships. Guided by the understanding that we are both injured and healed in relationships, these sessions help clients develop somatic practices to regulate their nervous systems, strengthen energetic boundaries, and foster self-healing. Clients are supported in feeling truly heard and seen within a secure, nurturing environment. The group often explores themes such as finding balance, embracing all parts of oneself, processing emotions, and releasing limiting beliefs to replace them with empowering ones. Through this intentional and guided experience, participants draw strength and insight from one another, creating relational breakthroughs and meaningful progress on their journeys.
